The Covid-19 virus has shut down many businesses, and we understand many of you are simply looking for items you need to keep your animals contained and your operations running. To the best of our ability, we will continue to remain open and shipping orders so that you, our valued customers, can get the items you need. Shipping/Delivery

We are still shipping orders via United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), as well as through several freight carriers. We will make every effort to send orders out within one business day--however, due to requirements by our state government, as well as our choice to allow (and recommend) any of our employees who can work from home to do so, there may be slightly longer delays. If you have specific requirements regarding when you need an item or items by, please contact us for more information.

In addition, due to varied restrictions imposed by national, state, and local governments, as well as the impact on the workforce due to employees working remotely or opting to take a leave of absence, all of our shipping services are not currently guaranteed by a certain delivery date. We will continue to have expedited services such as UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air available for applicable orders, however these are not guaranteed.

We have been experiencing some technical issues with our employees working remotely. Additionally, we are experiencing a higher than normal volume of inquiries and orders. If we aren't able to answer your call or email right away, please bear with us and we will assist you as soon as possible.
